House-Brined Corned Beef Brisket Now Available for Order
Saint Patrick's Day is just around the corner and Butcher Dave has started brining grass-fed beef briskets for corned beef. St. Patty's is just another day without expertly brined corned beef. Check out the recipe section of our website for our preferred technique for cooking the brisket.
All pre-ordered corned beef will be available for pick up March 14-16, 2015. Call the shop to place your order, (608) 709-1418. Corned beef brisket is $10 per pound.

Madison Area Chefs Network's Chef Mashup
The Conscious Carnivore is a sponsor for the Madison Area Chefs Network's Potluck at Sardine on March 15. Twenty Madison-area chefs will be preparing and sharing small plates and craft cocktails with attendees. Tickets are $75 per person and proceeds go towards the Second Harvest food bank.
